“To the extent that I managed to translate the emotions into images– that is to say, to find the images which were concealed in the emotions - I was inwardly calmed and reassured.“
Carl Jung

The trapped soul
Da Vinci painted the Vitruvius man, I painted a trapped soul. While the perfect scale of human body superimposed in Da Vinci’s circle, the trapped soul succumbed to make sense of a mortal being. The disobedient child exiled from home after one bite of apple. Suddenly awake, shame, fear, who knows good and evil. Who am I? Where have I come from? What is the purpose of this mortal body? Pounding, trembling, butterflies in my stomach… The living soul groans, could not help with her sensation & the overbearing body. Go, go and dive down into deep water of solitude in where let the gentle loving one finds you.
